Shipping policy

Shipping ain't cheap...  Cloud Nine tries to keep our products competitively priced, and we wish we could offer free shipping for all orders, but between the packaging and shipping costs, it just doesn't make sense.  So, we have a no-nonsense shipping and handling policy.  All orders have a $5.00 shipping fee if the total is less than $99.00* and orders ship free at $99.00* and over, unless you want it super-duper fast (like next day), and in that case, you pay the crazy expensive actual shipping cost at check-out. *If you use a discount code, the Total Product price has to be $99.00+ after the discount (and before taxes) to qualify for free shipping.

So, stock up and take advantage of the cheap or free shipping!  We will usually process your order the same day, and then ship it to you via USPS or UPS using the fastest standard shipping method with tracking.  Please be aware that once it leaves our store, your package will be floating around the country with millions of other packages, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, just as the carriers no longer guarantee delivery dates.  It's a sign of the times and it stinks.  Peace.
